The brief
Hot-desking only works if employees can find their team and a workable spot in seconds. Most existing tools surface lists of room codes; they ignore the spatial reality of how people choose where to sit.
Approach
An interactive SVG floor plan with live availability overlays and team-presence indicators. Recurring booking rules let users lock in their preferred desk for the days they come in, while admins manage zones and capacity.
