An internal reservation system for a hotel — stage and conference room bookings, client management, internal-only operations tooling. No public-facing surface.
The brief
The team had outgrown the spreadsheet-and-phone-call workflow. Bookings clashed, double-quotes leaked out, history was lost.
Approach
A purpose-built internal app: clients, contacts, room calendar, quotes, contracts. Hono API, NextJS admin console.
